We simplify the challenging work of technicians in increasingly complex work environments to make work easier and more efficient. To strengthen our fast-growing team, we are looking for a Technical Pre-Sales Manager for our office in Sunnyvale, California (US). And we are looking for you!
What your tasks are
  • Attending meetings with business development managers and acting as a technical expert
  • Working closely with customers to understand and capture needs and requirements
  • Providing ongoing support for customers post implementation
  • Working closely with general management, sales and customer support team to ensure high customer satisfaction
  • Identify business cases for the sales teams to support proposals and pitches
  • Ensuring that the company’s product can deliver on the customer’s requirements
  • Supporting customers with requests for information
  • Presenting proposals to customers alongside members of the sales team
  • Producing detailed costings for customers and ensuring the contract is profitable
Who we are looking for
  • 1-2 years previous experience working within a technical pre sales position
  • Must be a subject matter expert with extensive software systems experience
  • An ability to communicate technical information to non-technical staff in a way that is easy to understand
  • Industry background or technical expertise to understand the use of AR in enterprises
  • Experience in integrating of AR software in industry environments/architecture is a plus
  • Team player who can adapt easily to others and work well under minimum supervision
  • Don’t mind getting your hands dirty, trying something new or thinking without a box
While this is not a development position, technical experience with enterprise systems will help the candidate to understand and design for customer requirements. Experience in any of the following areas is a plus:  

  • Experience with video game and computer graphics products (e.g. Unity) are a plus
  • Experience building scalable enterprise systems
  • Experience coding in a backend framework such as Python, ASP.NET, Node.js or Rails
  • Experience in AWS/Azure cloud environments
  • Experience in both SQL and no-SQL environments
